Job Description:
Responsible for handling complex, escalated, high-value, or high-profile customer inquiries and complaints that require special attention. These cases may come from senior leadership, regulatory agencies, business partners, or internal management teams.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues through research, analysis, and problem-solving.
+ Make and receive outbound and inbound calls with customers, clients, bankers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to gather information and drive issue resolution.
