As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a team environment to provide sales support to customers of Westlund. You will provide the highest level of customer service with hard work, integrity, and accuracy towards the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Support and training will also be provided for you to grow in this role and give you the tools to be successful.

Additional duties will include:

  • Answer telephone calls, emails and in person questions from customers and identify their needs and keep high customer satisfaction
  • Research product for customers and provide recommendations on our assortment of product
  • Enter sales orders generated from Profit Centre customers via phone, emails, and texts
  • Grow and retain established customer base and develop new business for the Profit Centre
