D&H is hosting an in-person hiring event on July 8 at our corporate office for Customer Service Sales Support roles.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position supporting sales efforts while delivering excellent service. Youll assist customers, manage orders, and partner with sales teams to drive satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries (pricing, inventory, ETAs, post-sale support)
  • Manage calls, emails, and CRM updates
  • Process orders, returns, and quotes
  • Support sales reps and cover accounts as needed
