Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice support channels.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to riders and driver-partners.

Assist customers with account-related concerns, trip issues, payments, and other service-related inquiries.

Maintain professionalism and empathy while resolving customer concerns.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.



Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.

Must have at least 12 months of International Voice BPO Experience.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
