Job Description
We're currently recruting for Customer Service Reps in Richmond, VA (downtown) for 4-6 months (potentially longer). Duties/Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls
- Provide general information to callers - Listen effectively and assist callers with needs - Express empathy to troubled callers - Enter data into software to record calls
- Other duties as assigned by direct manager Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Parking is not provided for this position. CSR may purchase a parking pass or pay daily. There's also the option of parking in CorTech's parking garage as there is a bus stop accross the street. The bus can be caught from Allison St. to the work site at no cost.
