Job Description

Roma Fence is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and problem solving abilities as well as exceptional communications skills.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00am – 1:00pm (Saturday's only April-November)

Job Description:
  • Inside sales: Generate sales and ensure appropriate materials are given to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up to assure solutions.
  • Handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk ins.
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities.
  • Process billing and payments.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop solution(s) to best meet their needs.
