Customer Partnerships

Randstad is looking for empathetic, solution-oriented professionals to join a leading financial services team in Bedford Park. This is a 9-month casual full-time contract with a strong view to extend or move into a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Pay Rate: $38.99 per hour + super.
  • Location: Bedford Park (Onsite parking provided).
  • Flexibility: Work from home (WFH) options available after the first 6 months.
  • Hours: Full-time rostered hours between 8.00am - 5.30pm.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage sensitive cases involving customer vulnerability, such as deceased estates or family violence, with high levels of empathy.
  • Negotiate and partner with external community groups and authorised third parties to support customers.
