Job Description

The **Customer Service Representative**is located in the department of Protective and Marine Coatings, in **GBS Empresalia Querétaro.**
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete Oracle credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner
- Complete Service Now credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner
- Manage various reports timely as requested
- Remain current on procedures, training, and system upgrades
- Other Import/ Export activities related.
**Qualifications**:
- 1- 2 years of experience in order management experience / customer service.
- **Advanced conversational English level is mandatory**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
- ERP Knowledge (Oracle would be an advantage)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
