Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a high ‑ volume inbound call center supporting patients, providers, and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound calls (50–100+ per day depending on complexity)

+ Make occasional follow ‑ up outbound calls

+ Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information

+ Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism

+ Accurately enter and update detailed information

+ Use multiple software systems to track and document calls

+ Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

+ Quality and accuracy metrics will be key performance measures
