Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in supporting patient-facing operations within a fast-paced call center environment. This position is responsible for managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, validating patient and insurance information, and assisting with pre-registration processes. The CSR ensures accurate and complete documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, including patient consents, financial forms, medication details, pharmacy information, and referring provider data, contributing to efficient and high-quality patient care.
