Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for smooth fulfillment and a high standard of client service. This position works closely with internal teams, including fulfillment, client management, and development, to address operational concerns, provide accurate reporting, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate client orders and inventory across all applicable marketplaces and platforms integrated with the Inspire system.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy between the Inspire system and marketplace seller centers, including order statuses, order contents, and inventory levels.
- Identify, document, and report operational discrepancies, system issues, and exceptions in a timely manner.
