Customer Service Representative

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be willing to work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
• Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have a relevant residence status
• High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of computer reservation programs is a plus
• Candidates with personal travel experience is preferred
• Must be keen to details and problem solving skills.
• Must have a minimum of 30 WPM typing speed.
• Must have very good written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
• Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends.
