Customer Service Representative

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Handle customer bookings for export freight forwarding, brokerage and trucking. Ensure timely coordination of shipments and maintain accurate data in the daily booking summary and cargo monitoring report (CMR)
• Send booking receipt to clients upon receipt from the pricing team. Prepare Job Order for operations, if applicable, for service execution and send updated schedules to clients as needed.
• Send the pre advise request to carrier for container delivery to port and submit the export documents to the carrier before the vessels prescribed cut off.
• Collate carrier/forwarder invoices and operations expense reports for submission to the sales executive. Route completed income analysis for approval and forward to accounting for billing invoice preparation.
