CargoBoss Philippines is looking for Customer Service Representatives (Voice) to handle client calls and inquiries about our importation and logistics services.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PH Time)
  • WFH (Work-From-Home) Setup

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and clients
  • Provide updates and guidance on the shipping/import process
  • Answer questions about delivery, tracking, rates, and timelines
