to join our voice support team in Cebu. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering excellent customer experience while working onsite during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests accurately and within defined SLAs
  • Provide correct information about products, services, and company policies
