We are looking for Customer Service representative to deliver high‑quality assistance and support to beneficiaries. This role manages assistance cases end‑to‑end, coordinating closely with medical specialists, global assistance centers, and concierge teams to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and empathetic service.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming assistance requests.Manage cases efficiently and accurately according to Compass protocols.Coordinate medical, security, and concierge assistance when required.Ensure all case updates, documentation, and handovers are clear and complete.Escalate urgent or complaint‑related cases as needed.Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to policies.Support team operations, including shift transmissions and training of new coordinators.
