Roles and Responsibilities
Respond to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Analyze and resolve issues received from the customer
Escalate the call to the next level if necessary
Perform other related tasks needed
Qualifications
:1 year of Spanish bilingual BPO experience is require
dAt least SHS graduate or have completed at least 2 years in colleg
