Customer Service Representative- Out Processor

Fortive is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented **Customer Service Representative- Out Processor** to support our customers and distributors in coming equipment to be serviced. In this role you’ll be out processing customer equipment into the Oracle system that were serviced.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Verify orders information is correct.
+ Able to box customer equipment for safe shipment.
+ Verify equipment information and inspect how equipment is leaving the building.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns
+ Maintain detailed records in software system.
+ Able to lift 15lbs or less when working on customer unit holds
+ Able to sit/stand at a workstation facing a computer for extended periods of time.
