Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:

· Conducting live examination from students coming from different schools

· Checking the irregularities or cheating during the examination.

· Flags violations, which also include accurate time stamps

· Validating test-takers' info.

· Corrects, edits, and adds violations when necessary

· Works and communicates effectively with various levels of management

Requirements and Qualifications

· Work Set Up: ON-SITE

· Work Schedule: Graveyard shift

· Can start immediately

· Good eyesight/hearing

· Professional, patient, polite, and personable

· Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with computers, electronic devices, and the internet is crucial

· Adaptability/Flexibility on schedules and shifts

· Punctual: Arrive on time and adhere to break and lunch schedules
