Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of CSR experience and is comfortable working in an onsite setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Meet performance and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of Customer Service experience
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer-oriented, patient, and detail-focused
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• Amenable to shifting schedules
