Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Voice). This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries and providing timely, accurate, and professional support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer concerns and inquiries effectively
• Accurately document interactions in the system
• Meet quality and performance standards

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months voice customer service experience (CCE)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas (3x weekly)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
