Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of the field service technicians as well as providing quality service and solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities include:


  • Schedule and coordinate service calls to available Field Service Technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain on-going communications with current clients in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Maintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper time-frame
  • Follow-up with the customer on service calls when complete by providing prompt guidance
  • Responsible for communication on all open and pending service calls to customer
  • Process defective parts repair claims when necessary
  • Responsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contracts
