Job Description

 We are currently seeking to fill a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) role inour Intermodal Business Unit Customer Service team in Winnipeg. 

 Working within a team environment, the CSR will provide day to day support to customers and work closely with Driver Service Representatives (DSRs) to ensure customer specifications are met. Communicating with customers to receive and enter orders as well as following up with rail service providers to check the status on orders. The CSR will also work to maintain customer accounts, including monitoring customer activity, documenting any issues, identifying new accounts, reporting weekly sales and activities to management etc. A full description of this position will be discussed with qualified candidates at an interview. 

 The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the office.
