Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Northampton

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate quotes and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage backorders, keeping clients informed of progress.
  • Assist the Key Account Manager with tasks to ensure outstanding client care.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
