Role: Customer Care Specialist

Work Location: Pasig Bridgetowne Site (IPI)



Job Overview:

Join our growing team and provide high-quality support to riders and drivers by resolving inquiries, account concerns, and service issues in a fast-paced customer service environment.



Qualifications:



-At least 12 months BPO experience for College/SHS/Associate Graduates

-At least 36 months BPO experience for HS Graduates (Old Curriculum)

-Strong customer service orientation

-Willing to work onsite in Pasig



Salary Offer:



-Up to PHP 27,000
