Job Description
We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join the team at our Hauling site in **Natchitoches, LA.**
+ Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
+ Pay Range: **$17-18/hr** . depending on experience.
+ On top of competitive pay, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1 up to 5%, vacation, and year-round work.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.
+ Assist customers by phone and in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.
+ Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuance orders.
