We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives at Teleperformance!

Location - Goregaon West, Mumbai

Need Immediate joiners only!


Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via calls or emails or chats
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • At least 0 - 2 years' of relevant work experience in BPO sector for voice process and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in non-voice process/banking sector for non-voice process
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable to work in rotational or night shifts
  • HSC with at least 6 months of experience in the relevant field
  • Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills...
