Customer Service Representative – Pay from $35,500 pesos per month to $38,000 pesos per month – Monterrey Branch, Carr. Miguel Aleman KM 21 #6 Prologis Park Apodaca, N.L., Mexico 66627.

Position Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world‑class technology.
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
  • Become a product and solutions expert, and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus; training will be provided.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
