Shifts: Rotational
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days rotational weekly off
Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Care / Technical Support Associates to assist customers across domains, hosting, email, and telecom services. The role involves handling queries via chat, email, and calls , ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide support for domain, hosting, DNS, name servers, SSL, c Panel/Plesk.
Troubleshoot issues like DNS delays, website downtime, Word Press setup, email failures.
Assist with device setup, activation, billing, and account concerns.
Escalate complex problems while maintaining SLA, compliance, and documentation.
Deliver excellent customer experience across Chat/Email/Voice channels.
Skills Required
Strong communication (written & verbal).
Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
