We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Mexico (Remote) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Occasional tracing responsibilities may require monitoring across 7 days (not full-time) • Some flexibility required Salary & Benefits: • Compensation: 14,000 MXN – 16,000 MXN (Direct Contract) Benefits. Final salary will be determined based on experience. About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented CSR to support container transport operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate data, smooth communication with dispatchers, and efficient monitoring of inbound containers.
