Customer Service Representative As an CSR at Maxima Apparel Corp, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver high-quality products efficiently. This role will support all customer order management aspects ensuring fulfillment success and accuracy. Ensure we are providing the optimal MX (Maxima Experience) Reconcile daily receipts from the production and facilitate accurate allocation to customer orders Respond to all customer and sales inquiries in a professional and timely manner Process orders, returns, credits, allocation and invoicing with accuracy and within SLAs Support any/all customer order management tasks Collaborate with US and overseas counterparts on daily workload needs and problem-solving.
