We are a fast-growing roofing company focused on residential roof replacements and repairs. We generate leads through Facebook Ads, Google, and other inbound sources and are scaling aggressively. We’re looking for a sharp, confident SDR / Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact with homeowners and book qualified roof inspections for our sales team.

If you’re money-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and know how to control conversations without sounding salesy, this role is for you.

• Responsibilities Call inbound leads quickly and follow up with unresponsive prospects
• Make outbound calls/texts to warm leads
• Qualify homeowners (property type, ownership, timing, issues)
• Book confirmed roof inspection appointments on our calendar
• Handle objections professionally (price concerns, “just looking,” timing)
• Send confirmation texts and reminders to reduce no-shows
