We are looking for a professional who can blend high-level customer service with specialized knowledge in dental revenue cycle management (RCM) and logistics. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries promptly and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint, acting as a trusted partner for our dental clients.

- Availability: Must have full availability to work shifts within the 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM window.
