Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative with a strong background in e-commerce and logistics support. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across phone, email, and live chat with a professional, solutions-driven approach.
You will manage customer orders, delivery updates, and issue resolution while working hands-on with WooCommerce and Cin7 to support order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment. The role also involves handling inbound calls via SipTalk and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.
