Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department is responsible for providing effective customer service to clients by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. The CSR will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with the company's services related to revenue cycle management.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding RCM processes, billing, payments, and claims.
- Assist customers in understanding their billing statements and insurance claims.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints related to RCM services.
