Position: Customer Service Representative (Voice)
Location: Mall of Asia (MOA) / Alabang – Onsite
Business Unit: Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) / Life & Annuities (L&A)
Start Date: February 2026
Shift: Night/Shifting

About the Role:
Join a dynamic team providing excellent customer service in a professional BPO environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (for P&C roles) or SHS / Completed 2nd year College (for L&A roles)
• Minimum 1 year experience: insurance voice transactions (P&C) or generic BPO (L&A)
• B2 profile required for certain P&C roles
• Night shifting schedule availability
• Driver's license is a plus for P&C roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:
