Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience within a manufacturing, packaging, or
  • Strong experience managing large customer accounts and maintaining high levels of
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
  • Experience working with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems for order processing and customer order management
  • Experience working with manual order entry processes and legacy ERP systems, preferably Sage ERP
  • Comfortable operating in environments where orders must be entered manually and processes are not fully automated
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and service standards
