Be part of our Smart Home Security support team! You’ll handle voice and chat inquiries from international customers—assisting with pre-sales questions, orders, subscriptions, basic tech troubleshooting, and turning inquiries into successful sales.
🔧 Requirements:
📞 Minimum 1 year sales experience in a BPO setup
💬 Strong English communication skills
🗣️ Experience in voice and chat support is a plus
🖥️ Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and Wi‑Fi setup
