Logistics Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments and logistics concerns
- Handle customer inquiries related to booking, shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and port teams to ensure smooth shipment flow
- Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments and provide timely updates to customers
