ECOM ACCELERATOR is currently looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally via chat, e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), and email.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone when addressing customer concerns.
Coordinate with store handlers and internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Explain onboarding processes and service expectations clearly to clients.
Keep accurate and organized records of customer interactions and concerns.
Prepare and submit Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) for every transaction, call, or client meeting for documentation and reference.
