Job Description

We are looking for a fulltime Customer Support Representative who will join our expanding team that works on providing custom-fit and innovative software solutions. Your duties will include managing various customer issues, which are related to client inquiries or product support.

You should be able to support our clients by providing answers and guiding them with our product & services. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. If you are enthusiastic in helping customers and have an experience in customer service, we would like to meet you.
