We're Hiring

A Customer Care Ambassador is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce the account's services. They also follow up on leads from various sources to drive the sales process forward and convert prospects into customers.

Qualifications

  • at least 6 months of Customer Service and BPO Sales or Retention Experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; preferred but not required
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
