Job Description of Balikbayan Customer Service Representative

A Customer Service Representative supports customers/clients by providing

helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You will

be the front line of supports for our clients/customers and ensures that they are

satisfied with our services. As a Customer service, your duties and obligations

generally includes answering phone calls and e-mails, as well as responding to

customer questions and complaints.

Official “Duties and Responsibilities” of Customer Service Representative

 Attend to queries and concerns of the customers/clients.

 Documentation: preparation of delivery receipts.

 Updating POD (proof of deliveries).

 Monitoring of status of delivery of Balikbayan boxes.

 Reporting: preparation of unloading and monitoring reports.
