What you will do


As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Constant communication with assigned customers to identify supply chain opportunities and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities;

  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to customers on all issues affecting / impacting their business from a supply chain perspective;

  • Liaise with customers stakeholders to ensure projects and deliveries are carried out in a timely manner;

  • Liaise with internal Key Account teams and other internal stakeholders managing feedback regarding supply chain issues;

  • Drive Customer experience feedback and results together with customer;

  • Responsible for the operational excellence of customer´s ordering, design and shipping process through alignment with back office team;
