Exciting time to join IFF as a Customer Service Representative . We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused member to join our team in a permanent, full-time, office-based position located in Kyiv, Ukraine.

You responsibilities would be:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting with order placement, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Providing product information and recommendations.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
