Job Summary

Responsible for managing orders administration for Bulk & PGG across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. The role involves handling telephone calls, inquiries, emails & faxes related to order management and monitoring customer, dealer, and agent return processes to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders administration for Bulk & PGG in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
• Handle telephone calls, inquiries, incoming and outgoing emails & faxes related to order management.
• Monitor customers’, dealers’, and agents' empty returns from PGG customers to ensure efficient handling.
• Assist in managing monthly fixed rental charges for selected dealers.
• Ensure clean desk on CSR related SAP transactions such as billing block & open sale orders.
• Manage order transactions for Kulim Industrial Gas customers.
