About the Role
We're looking for a people-oriented, solution-driven Customer Support Specialist who enjoys engaging with customers and proactively resolving issues. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand turning everyday interactions into positive experiences and converting customers into passionate advocates.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses regarding products, pricing, and availability
Proactively identify customer needs and offer effective solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records through data entry across multiple platforms
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and a high-quality experience
