🚀 Hiring Alert: Customer Care Executive – Domestic E-commerce Process


📍 Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

🕒 Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9.5 hrs) | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs


Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via inbound calls and chats
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations

  • Eligibility

    • Minimum 12th Pass
    • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
    • Good English communication skills
    • Comfortable with rotational and night shifts

    Salary

    • Base Salary CTC: ₹17,000/month
    • In-hand: ₹13,000/month
    • Statutory Bonus: Approx. ₹2,000/month
