Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and issuing customer quotations, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments to support sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp)
  • Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and warehouse teams on orders
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain proper customer records and filing
  • Handle basic complaint resolution and escalate when necessary
  • Support collection follow-up when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
