Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound hotline calls and customer inquiries in
    Mandarin
  • Respond to Wechat messages and emails professionally
  • Log complaints, requests, and feedback accurately in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, maintenance, or technical) to resolve issues
  • Escalate urgent or complex cases to supervisors
  • Maintain proper documentation and generate daily reports
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

  • Fluent in
    Mandarin
    (mandatory), Bahasa Malaysia and/or English is a plus
  • Minimum
    SPM / Diploma
    or equivalent
  • Previous experience in
    customer service, call center, or hotline support
    preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email)
  • Patient, polite, and able to handle difficult customers
  • Able to work at
    Serendah Industrial Park
